INDIGLO FEATURE NOT WORKING

The Fortnite model Timex watch I purchased is defective, as the INDIGLO feature is not functioning as advertised — which was the primary reason I selected this specific model. This is a clear case of false advertising and failure to meet product specifications.

It is disappointing that this has not been appropriately addressed.

Furthermore, I strongly advise that you immediately cease advertising this feature on this model unless it is fully functional and verified.

I also demand a formal public apology to be published on your official website acknowledging this defect and the inconvenience caused to affected customers.

If no prompt and proper resolution is provided, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for formal action.

Please arrange for the specific replacement at the soonest possible time and advise the next steps.
