Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition (eg no scratch, lens not broken) and with warranty card. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Confirmation email).

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@timex.ph with the following information:

  1. Customer Full Name (First Name, Last Name)
  2. Date of Purchase
  3. Reference OR number
  4. Amount paid indicated in the OR
  5. Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

OR VIA OUR SHOPS (Watch Republic and Timex)

  1. Customer can go directly to any of our shops or kiosks (please click here for complete list of stores) with a print our of your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Our in-store staff will conduct inspection of the item to check if item is eligible for exchange.
  3. If approved for exchange, customer may choose item for replacement at the store (conditions apply to be explained by store staff).

If there are no nearby service centers, you can send us an email at shop@timex.ph or message us on Facebook Timex Philippines to coordinate with you directly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
